It is our belief that people, whether children or adults, thrive in an environment that has a relaxed, open atmosphere where everyone is friendly, willing to work hard, and eager to resolve problems or conflicts that may arise.

Our main goal is to reach and connect with at-risk youth in order to positively impact their future. We believe that every client should be given the opportunity of reaching their full potential despite the circumstances.

To succeed, clients will be encouraged to focus on two objectives: correct choices and positive attitudes.

In order to achieve these goals through our programs, we are intent on maintaining the following principles:

Provide at-risk youth with the tools they need to become happy, healthy adults that can be successful out in the world.
Continue to develop and improve new and existing Puzzle Piece Programs to ensure that we are always giving our clients the best we have to offer.
Inspire people in all areas of their life to want to make a difference.
Develop a staff of Puzzle Piece Partners that is passionate, committed and concerned about the clients in the program. 
Make positive life changes with each and every client that attends PPP.
Commit to supporting clients while enrolled in the program and assist as they transition out
Recognize each client’s abilities and strengths and nurture them.
Accept criticism as positive and as an opportunity to grow and learn.
Thoroughly examine new ideas and methods.

The staff seeks to ensure each client’s participation and completion of the program.  Clients will leave the program equipped with the tools needed to promote a successful life.
