Purpose & Objectives The purpose of our program is to assist clients in reducing the symptoms of their current diagnosis, increase independent living skills, and improve relationships with both peers and family by working on the treatment goals outlined in the person centered plan. Puzzle Piece Programs will provide services for clients Monday through Friday for a minimum of three hours twice per week to a maximum of six hours per day five times per week. Puzzle Piece Programs currently offers a structured, well-rounded, and comprehensive program specifically created to meet the needs of at-risk youth, by teaching them the necessary skills and strategies that are developmentally appropriate for their specific age. Thus, allowing them to make positive, healthy, and well informed choices in order to transition back in to the community. At least fifty percent of treatment is provided on site. Off site activities include Community service projects allowing consumers to understand the importance, and feeling of giving back. << Key Factors Home Page |
