Puzzle Piece Programs currently offers a structured well rounded and comprehensive program specifically designed to meet the multiple needs of children aged 12 through 18 (sixth grade and up) diagnosed with a mental health disorder. We are here to provide each consumer the tools and strategies to assist them in making positive, healthy, and well informed choices when transitioning back into the school and the community
