History Staff			* Definition Puzzle Piece Programs is a mufti-component Day Treatment Center. The Program is designed to serve the needs of 12-18 (6th-12th grade) year olds diagnosed with a mental health disorder. * Purpose and Objectives The purpose of our program is to assist consumers in reducing the symptoms of their current diagnosis, increase their independent living skills and improve relationships with both peers and family b y working on the treatment goals outlined in the person centered plan. Additionally, PPP will offer support to family members by maintaining regular contact via phone and monthly child and family team meetings (CFT). Puzzle Piece Programs will provide services for clients Monday through Friday for a minimum of three hours twice per week to a maximum of six hours per day five times per week. Puzzle Piece Programs currently offers a structured, well-rounded, and comprehensive program specifically created to meet the needs of at-risk youth, by teaching them the necessary skills and strategies that are developmentally appropriate for their specific age. Thus, allowing them to make positive, healthy, and well informed choices in order to transition back in to the community.
